First, let's get it out of the way: I'm not going to write about the perks of walking. However, if you know me well enough, you know I like to walk everywhere I go. It was thanks to those long walks that I recently came across an amazing restaurant. At first glance , it was impossible to tell the place was actually vegetarian and vegan friendly. Their menu offers so many delicious options that your mouth keeps watering while your brain battles to choose only one (or maybe two) from the menu.
Mia Cucina had me from the moment I read that they don't add cornstarch nor flour to their soups, plus they definitely understand how to prepare a satisfying salad. Not only is the salad portion HUGE, but the ingredients vary from salad to salad. Some have eggplant, tofu, and asparagus, while others have beans or fruit and nuts. If you want to take a look at their menu, just click here to visit their FB page.
Mia Cucina is located just a few minutes from Zhishan Station (捷運芝山站), next to SOGO ...here's the map if you're still lost. They're open from 11am to 9pm. Now get your butt off the couch and your computer off your belly (it's bad for your ovaries!) and go try this amazing place!
