Bikini Body Guide with Kayla Itsines


Sticking to Kayla's Bikini Body Guide has been one of the hardest things I've ever committed to. This meant exercising regularly and including exercise routines that I was not used to. I won't lie, the workout is extremely hard but after a few weeks, ( 4 weeks to be exact) your body starts to get used to this new habit.  

Kayla's Bikini Body Guide or BBG as most of us call it , is a 28 minute workout that includes 2 circuits.

This is how it works:

  1. You set a timer for 7 minutes. Start the exercises on circuit one, (each exercise has reps next to it), keep going over and over the circuit until the timer goes off.

  2. Start 7 minute timer again, start circuit two. You repeat each circuit twice.
    Circuit 1 - C
    ircuit 2 - Circuit 1 - Circuit 2. Total = 28 mins

There is also a Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Plan to help you get that bikini body even faster. I personally don't follow the eating plan because I'm used to eating a well balance diet but some people do, and the results are amazing. For me , the 28 minute workouts are more than enough haha, TRUST ME , you don't need anything else. I also do LISS 3- 4 times a week , as well as rehabilitation using a foam roller .
