BEST Vegan Chocolate Pudding with Navitas Naturals
It has taken me a few months to get this recipe right and I'm finally ready to share it ! I don't pretend to bore you with all the details because I know you're here for the recipe!
- 2 medium size sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
- 1/2 cup of pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp sesame paste
- 3 tbsp Navitas cacao powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Navitas Coconut Sugar for topping (optional)
Add everything except the sweet potatoes in a food processor and process for 15 seconds. Add the sweet potatoes and process again until you get a smooth creamy consistency. Serve cold and garnish with coconut sugar and fresh fruit.
